We help teams do more with their technology - not by dropping in off-the-shelf solutions, but by decoding what's really going on and building what's truly needed. From strategy to delivery, we craft custom software solutions that make the impossible feel inevitable.

A Story of Problem-Solving and Progress
Back in 2007, two developers — Gary Howard and Mark Wehby — wanted to build a consultancy that actually understood developers. They’d seen too many companies cut corners, push cookie-cutter solutions, and forget about the humans behind the code.
So, they built something different. Callibrity was founded on the idea that smart, kind people working closely together could solve any problem — if they asked the right questions first. That founding spirit still drives us today.
Callibrity is a team of end-to-end software consultants — developers, strategists, engineers, and tech optimists — who care as much about your business as you do.
If you want a team that brings honesty, expertise, and contagious curiosity to every engagement — you just found them.
Invest in people and culture
We believe that when you invest in people, everything else follows. That’s why we nurture a culture where continuous learning, mentorship, and mutual respect aren’t perks — they’re priorities. We grow talent from the inside out and celebrate the humans behind the work.
Take pride in quality outcomes
Done is never enough — it has to be done right. We bring craftsmanship to every engagement, whether we’re fixing bugs or rethinking an entire platform. Quality isn’t just what we deliver; it’s how we think, how we work, and how we collaborate.
Be passionate about your craft
Curiosity is in our programming. We hire people who are deeply curious and give them the space to explore, question, and create. It’s not about knowing all the answers — it’s about loving the pursuit of the best solution.
Treat others with respect and empathy
Great work starts with how people treat each other. Respect and empathy aren’t just nice-to-have values—they’re essential to building trust, solving problems, and creating meaningful partnerships. Every interaction is grounded in listening, understanding, and showing genuine care, whether it’s tackling a complex technical challenge or connecting over coffee. Putting people first leads to better solutions, stronger teams, and a workplace where everyone feels valued.
Relationships before revenue
We’re proud to say it — at Callibrity, relationships come before revenue. Building meaningful partnerships with our clients and teams is what drives us, not quick wins or short-term profits. We believe real success happens when you invest in people first. That means earning trust, delivering on promises, and sticking around to help when things get tough. Our business grows when our clients succeed — and we’ve found that putting relationships ahead of transactions leads to the kind of long-term impact we’re known for.
"Our secret isn’t a process or a platform—it’s our people. Curious, collaborative, and unafraid of complexity. That’s what makes Callibrity different.”
